I worked with a small team to develop a full brand strategy for Sizzl, a global food community app built around engagement and interactive gamification. Over four weeks, we researched the industry, competitors, cultural trends, and target users to identify growth opportunities. We created a clear positioning, supported by creative concepts that strengthened the brand’s identity and differentiation. The final strategy was presented to the brand’s founder.

I worked with a team of four to build a full brand strategy for TogaNola, a local granola startup in Saratoga Springs, New York. Across four weeks, we analyzed the industry, competitors, cultural context, and core consumers to identify specific growth opportunities. We developed creative concepts that clarified the brand identity and strengthened its value, of community and an active lifestyle. The final strategy was presented to the owner of TogaNola, providing practical marketing ideas the brand can use as it grows in the future.
